Annapurna Circuit (18-days program)

A complete trek encircles the famous Annapurna mountains. The trek offers great variety of sub-tropical plains in the Himalaya... foothills through the trans-Himalayan Manang and Mustang regions. The trek goes through Thorang-La Pass-5416m. between two valleys of Manang and Kaligandaki River gorge (the deepest gorge of the world). Above combinations make this trek one of the most famous in Nepal. It shows diverse culture, nature and traditional values.
Your trekking preparation:
If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure you will enjoy this trek. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not to experience high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your fitness, altitude and the itinerary.
Please note that the following program is prepared in the fact basis however can be changed in some circumstances but adjustments will have to be made during the trekking. We request you to be flexible with the situation to enjoy yourself.
The trek is designed for teahouse (Lodge accommodation) arrangement, our professional mountain guide and porters handle everything.
Trek itinerary:
First Day: Arrival in Kathmandu, pick up from airport and transfer to the hotel rest and refresh for couple of hour and complete the official formalities.
Trekking Starts with a drive from Kathmandu:
Day 01: Drive to Bhulbhule (approx. 6 to 7 hrs)
trek continue to Ngadi - 890m
Day 02: Trek to Tal - 1700m (5-6 hr)
Day 03: Trek to Danaque - 1940m (4-5 hr)
Day 04: Trek to Chame - 2670m (4-5 hr)
Day 05: Trek to Pisang - 3200m (4-5 hr
Day 06: Trek to Manang Village - 3540m (5 hr)
Day 07: Acclimatization day in Manang. Explore around Manang.
Day 08: Trek to Yak Kharka - 4018m (4-5 hr)
Day 09: Thorung Phedi - 4450m (4-5 hr)
Day 10: Trek to Muktinath (3798m) crossing over the Thorung-La (5416m)
Please note that there is road access up to MUKTINATH from Beni (Kaligandaki River valley)
So that you can drive on Kaligandaki River valley and make your trip 3 to 4 days shorter or you can fly to Pokhara from Jomsom airport on Day 11 or Day 12.
Day 11: Trek to Kagbeni - 2800m (3 hr)
Day 12: Marpha/Tukuche - 2670m (5-6 hr)
Day 13: Trek to Ghasa - 2650m (5-6 hr)
Day 14: Trek to Tatopani - 1189m (5-6 hr)
Day 15: Rest day at Hot Spring (Tatopani)
Day 16: Trek to Ghorepani - 2850m (6-7 hr)
Day 17: Early morning visit Poon Hill at 3210m. for great Himalyan views with sunrise...and trek continue to Tikhedhunga (1540m)
Day 18: Trek to Nayapul -1000m (3-4 hours) end the trek and drive to Pokhara, overnight at hotel.
Day 19: Free day in Pokhara for personal activities- go for boating in Fewa Lake, rest, shopping etc…
Day 20: Fly to Kathmandu or drive by tourist bus (6-7 hr.) and transfer to hotel and afternoon free day in Kathmandu for personal activities.
Day 21: International departure or go for onward program.

For the above Trek plan we have included following services:
- Airport transfers - pick up and drop
