 (overland - 7 nights / 8 days) Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 01 Drive from Kathmandu to Kodari ( 6 hrs.) after immigration farmalities in Zhangmu-2300m. continue drive to Nyalam - 3450m.

Day 02 Drive from Nyalam to Lhatse, visit Milarepa's cave enroute.

Day 03 Drive from Lhatze to Shigatse - 3900m.

Day 04 Morning visit Tashilhumpo Monastery. Afternoon drive to Gyantse - 3950m, visit Kumbum Monastery.

Day 05 Drive from Gyantse to Lhasa - 3650m. passes by the morden glacier and Yamdrok Lake; reach Lhasa

Day 06 Morning visit Potala palace Afternoon visit Sera Monastery.

Day 07 Morning visit Jokhang temple and Barkhor Street Afternoon visit Drepung Monastery.

Day 08 Transfer to the airport (100 km) and fly out for Kathmandu.
